Valletta have been crowned Champions of the BOV Challenge League after securing a commanding 3-0 victory over Tarxien Rainbows.

The Citizens took control early, with Andrei Ciolacu opening the scoring in the 16th minute, followed by a goal from Enoch Matiti in the 22nd minute, giving Valletta a 2-0 lead at halftime.

Jake Azzopardi sealed the win just four minutes into the second half, netting the third goal in the 49th minute.

This triumph confirms Valletta’s Challenge League title and their well-earned return to the Premier League.
