Valletta FC claimed a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Pieta Hotspurs in a tightly contested match. The breakthrough came just before halftime, as Aryton Attard scored the decisive goal in the 44th minute.

In the second half, Pieta Hotspurs pressed relentlessly for an equalizer, but Valletta’s defense remained resolute, securing the vital three points. Timothy Aquilina, Valletta’s goalkeeper, made a crucial save in the 78th minute to maintain the slim advantage.
