Biography
Nigel Michael McCarthy is a performance coach and sports scientist with extensive experience in professional football and Olympic-level environments. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Strength and Conditioning and has led high-performance programs in the United States with Lexington Sporting Club. As Head of Strength and Conditioning at Valletta FC, Nigel aims to apply a data-driven, athlete-centred approach to enhance performance and minimise injury risk.
