James Mackay appointed Valletta FC Team Manager
James Mackay is the new Team Manager of Valletta Football Club and will be replacing Gerard Ellul. Gerard will be assuming a new role of General Manager, Club Administrator & Head of Sport Sector.
Mackay’s new appointment is that he will have a direct responsibility to serve as a bridge in the communication and relationship between the players and the technical staff with the committee that runs the club from an administrative point of view.
In recent years Mackay served on the Valletta Football Club committee and played an important role as President of the Valletta FC Youth Development Sector. During this time, several teams from the Valletta Nursery, managed to achieve important successes that helped this football academy continue to grow.
