Valletta FC Annual general Meeting 2024
The Valletta Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 11th June 2024 at 18.30 at Sala San Duminku, Valletta.
Agenda:
The agenda items of the AGM shall be the following:
1. Verification of the composition of the Meeting and members entitled to vote
2. Approval of the Agenda
3. Approval on Minutes of AGM held on the 7th June 2023
4. Approval of Administrative Report 23/24
5. Amendments of Statute (if any).
Nominations to fill the posts of Valletta Football Club officials and ordinary members for the years 2024-2027. Download application form
Nominations to fill the posts of officials for the years 2024-2027 namely the Chairman, President, Vice President, Hon. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer and (8) 0rdinary members are to be submitted by email to [email protected].
These nominations must be signed and accompanied in each case by a written declaration of acceptance of any such nomination by the nominee.
These nominations must reach the General Secretary by no later than Friday, the 31st day of May 2024.
Should there be more than one candidate to fill any of the vacant posts, the position shall be filled by means of an election.
