Valletta secured a solid 2-0 victory over Mtarfa in their first-ever encounter, thanks to goals from Brandon Paiber and Enoch Mushagalusa.

The match saw Valletta dominate possession early on, with Mtarfa holding firm in defense. However, in the 32nd minute, Brandon Paiber broke the deadlock with a well-placed free kick that left the Mtarfa goalkeeper with no chance.

Mtarfa pushed for an equaliser in the second half but struggled to break down Valletta’s defensive setup. The match also marked a special moment for Valletta’s latest signing, Jacob Walker, who made his debut in the 61st minute.

As Mtarfa searched for a way back into the game, Valletta sealed the win in the 87th minute when Enoch Mushagalusa capitalized on a defensive lapse to slot home the second goal.
